July 10, 2015 Brethren Letter

Dear Brethren,

“For I know the plans I have for you, says the LORD, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope” (Jeremiah 29:11, RSV). That verse is very inspiring to read!

Several years ago (in the late 90’s), there was an elderly widow in the Church who was going through some very difficult trials. She came to me, and asked if I would compile a list of scriptures that would be uplifting for her to read and study. I compiled the following list of scriptures below. However, I did add Jeremiah 29:11 at later date, after studying the subject of “hope” in preparation for a sermon.

God has a tremendous future in store for us, and there’s real hope for all of mankind!

Please have a wonderful Sabbath!

Your Brother in Christ,

Gary Liebold
